PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH DESIGNSHACK, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

1. Order Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking and approving all proofs before printing. Once approved or sent to print, no changes or refunds will be allowed.
2. Proofs
A digital proof will be provided for review. Printing will only proceed once the customer approves.
3. Artwork & Resolution
All artwork must be supplied in 300 DPI resolution and CMYK format. Screenshots and low-quality images may still be printed if provided, but DesignShack is not responsible for poor results.
No Refund Policy for Customer-Supplied Images:
Once a picture or artwork is sent for printing, it will be printed as supplied. No refunds will be provided for low-quality, blurry, or pixelated images provided by the customer, as we print exactly what is requested.
4. Colour Accuracy
We check all artwork before print; however, customers who provide their own designs or files acknowledge that DesignShack will print exactly what is supplied. We are not liable for colour shifts, font changes, alignment issues, or any other inaccuracies in customer-supplied designs.
5. Customer Content
All content provided is the sole responsibility of the customer. DesignShack is not liable for copyrighted or third-party material sent for printing.
6. Graphic Design
All designs created by DesignShack remain our intellectual property unless released by written agreement with compensation. We may display non-personal projects in our portfolio or marketing unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
7. Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. Balance is due on completion. Once printing begins, full payment is required.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. Refunds are only possible if no work has started.
If an order is cancelled before production, deposits may be refunded at DesignShack’s discretion, minus any design or admin costs.
No refunds are allowed after printing has begun.
9. Limit of Liability
Defects must be reported within 30 business days of collection. Items must be returned in full for review. If valid, a discounted reprint may be offered.
We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution prints, or minor variations (colour, folds, cuts) once approved.
10. Turnaround Time
Production starts once payment and artwork approval are received. Standard turnaround is 3–7 working days, depending on the order.
11. Time-Sensitive Orders
We cannot guarantee delivery times unless agreed in writing. No refunds for missed deadlines unless confirmed in advance.
12. Low-Quality Artwork
If files are too low in quality, we may place your job on hold until higher-quality files are provided. This may delay turnaround.
13. Delivery & Couriers
Once an order leaves our premises, DesignShack is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers. Customers are responsible for resolving courier-related issues directly.
14. LED Frames & Special Products
LED frames and electronic components carry a 7-day replacement warranty for manufacturing defects only. No warranty applies for damages caused by misuse, handling, or electrical issues.
15. Force Majeure
DesignShack is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including power outages, supplier shortages, strikes, or courier delays.
16. Online Orders
For online purchases, orders are confirmed only once payment is received. DesignShack is not responsible for website errors, incorrect pricing, or stock shortages.
17. Collection & Storage
Orders must be collected within 30 days of notification. After this period, items may be shipped at the customer’s cost. We are not liable for damages to uncollected items.
